Initiate Your Return
Log into your Amazon Flex account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
